The Rockies Greeley Fund is designed for both community development and financial returns for investors. While past performance cannot guarantee future outcomes, venture investing has traditionally been able to outpace the S&P for returns. The Fund’s thesis is to invest in promising startups with strong teams behind them who can grow quickly and return ten times the investment within a five to seven year period. The Fund is creating a disciplined portfolio that seeks to mitigate risks for investors across the portfolio of companies.
The Fund offers outstanding benefits to investors beyond great returns. Most of our investments have 100% tax free returns with zero capital gains tax. These benefits pass through to Limited Partners in the Fund who are natural people vs. banks or institutional investors. Additionally, most investments offer a rebate of 25-35% from Colorado’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) This AI Tax Credit is provided to Limited Partners based on their pro-rata share of any one investment. These are terms you just can’t get on Wall Street, but we’re able to offer them to investors on Greeley’s Main Street!
The Rockies Greeley Fund is professionally managed by the Rockies Venture Funds and benefits from a close relationship with the Rockies Venture Club, the longest running angel investing group in the United States. This relationship brings process, resources, educational offerings, accelerators and more. Residents of Greeley and Weld County receive free memberships iin the Rockies Venture Club (a $3500 annual value).
The Rockies Greeley Fund is much more than just a Fund. Limited Partners have access to educational programs that teach investors how venture capital really works.
